Sotheby’s online auction «Magnificent Jewels: Part 2»

The unique pieces from Jewellery Theatre were sold at Sotheby’s online auction «Magnificent Jewels: Part 2» on 28 October 2021 in Hong Kong.

 The main highlight of Jewellery Theatre was the exceptional set from the treasured Fairy Tales collection – The Sun and Moon. The unique feature of this set is that it can be worn together or separately as a brooch or a pendant. This masterpiece was sold nearly three times higher than the pre-sale high estimate.

Other highlights of Jewellery Theatre were the Citrus set from the exclusive Caravaggio collection featuring three dazzling jewels – the Orange, Lemon and Grapefruit pendants, and the extraordinary Apple set featuring the Apple pendant and the Apple core pendant both set with precious stones.

 The unique sculptures from the Animals Collection did not go unnoticed. With no reserve price, the exquisite Rabbit and Pig sculptures were highly appreciated by connoisseurs of art and sold at a high price.
